For term and condition

Note:

  1. Please inform us promptly in case of any change in contact information.
  2. Fair usage policy applies for all warranty claims. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Parts broken, electricity fluctuation damaged, water damaged, or any other kind of misused parts won’t be covered in warranty.
  4. Tyre, Handrail, footrests, and all other consumable parts are NOT covered in warranty.
  5. Warranty void if any mechanic or person other than Sahara iO authorized person works on wheelchair. OR if any seal broken OR if QR codes removed or replaced.
  6. Transportation charges of wheelchair or any spare parts will be covered by customer during warranty period and after that.
  7. Paid services of technician can be provided at home on demand depending upon severity of problem and availability of staff. After sales services department contact info:
