Note:
- Please inform us promptly in case of any change in contact information.
- Fair usage policy applies for all warranty claims. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Parts broken, electricity fluctuation damaged, water damaged, or any other kind of misused parts won’t be covered in warranty.
- Tyre, Handrail, footrests, and all other consumable parts are NOT covered in warranty.
- Warranty void if any mechanic or person other than Sahara iO authorized person works on wheelchair. OR if any seal broken OR if QR codes removed or replaced.
- Transportation charges of wheelchair or any spare parts will be covered by customer during warranty period and after that.
